Thursday, 2nd April

  • Registration
  • Free Evening

 

Friday, 3rd April

  • 10 a.m.: Opening Ceremony

Cristina Robalo Cordeiro, Vice-Rector of the University of Coimbra;

Jorge Serrote, President of AAC (Associação Académica de Coimbra / Coimbra students’ union)

  • 11 a.m.: “Coimbra Group and his history”

Inge Knuden (Coimbra Group Brussels’ office): Presentation of Coimbra Group;

Cecília Costa: MOSAIC’s history.

· Lunch (location to be announced), hosted by AAC and University of Coimbra;

· 3 – 6 p.m.: Working Groups on implementation of the Coimbra Group Students’ Association

Participants are invited to send in advance their proposals/suggestions for topics such as: membership, organizational structure, working plan, etc.

General Discussion and debate.

· Dinner (location to be announced), hosted by AAC and University of Coimbra

· Evening: Cultural Night ( programme to be announced)

 

Saturday, 4th April

· 10 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.: Presentation by the Raporteurs of the main outcomes of the Working Groups

Approval of the Working Plan

Decision about the next Meeting

Closing Ceremony

· Lunch (location to be announced), hosted by AAC and University of Coimbra

· 3 p.m.: Guided tour to the city

Guided tour to the University’s historical center

Guided tour to A.A.C. (Coimbra Academica Association)

· Dinner: Farewell Dinner, hosted by AAC and the University of Coimbra
